Premise Install Options

For installation on your premises, AuditMatic comes in two editions, Professional and Enterprise.

AuditMatic Professional

AuditMatic Professional is available for customer premise installation.

AuditMatic Professional is licensed on a per-concurrent user basis and ships with the license-free Microsoft MSDE database. AuditMatic Professional Edition will run on Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003.

AuditMatic Professional Edition includes 90 days of technical support and free version upgrades. A Software Support agreement is available to extend technical support and software version upgrades annually.

AuditMatic Enterprise

AuditMatic Enterprise is available for customer premise installation or can be hosted in our data center. AuditMatic Enterprise is licensed on a concurrent-user basis and must utilize Microsoft SQL Server as the database engine. AuditMatic Enterprise Edition will run on Windows Server 2003.

AuditMatic Enterprise Edition includes 90 days of technical support and free version upgrades. A Software Support agreement is available to extend technical support and software version upgrades annually.

AuditMatic Hosted Service

Your AuditMatic license can be hosted by FAS. AuditMatic Hosted users can connect to their hosted AuditMatic server using any supported web-connected Internet Explorer browser or supported Windows Mobile device.

AuditMatic Hosting Service includes nightly data backup, data archival and site version upgrading. AuditMatic hosting services provide you the functionality of an enterprise-level application without having to hire on-staff information technology specialists.

With AuditMatic hosting service model, both the application and your data are hosted on servers that are managed and maintained at Form Automation Solution’s data centers. This eliminates the expense of customers having to purchase your own servers and software. Administrator subscribers have access to telephone and e-mail technical support.

Minimal Computer Requirements
Any computer capable of running a standard Microsoft Internet browser is able to use AuditMatic. If you choose to use handheld PDAs or smart phones as field data collection devices, you can choose from a wide range of manufacturers who offer Microsoft Mobile Technology.
System Upgrade Service
FAS continually upgrades the functionality and capabilities of the AuditMatic application. FAS performs the system upgrades for hosted customer licenses at its data center with a method that minimizes service interruptions (current annual support contract must be in place).
