AuditMatic Hosted Service

AuditMatic Hosted utilizes the Application Service Provider (ASP) model for delivery.

Subscribed AuditMatic Hosted users may connect to their hosted AuditMatic server using any supported web-connected Internet Explorer browser or supported Windows Mobile device.

AuditMatic Hosted Edition includes nightly data backup, data archival and site version upgrading.

Administrator subscribers have access to telephone and e-mail technical support.

Accessing AuditMatic via an ASP delivery model provides services at a reasonable monthly service rate and minimizes up-front capital expenditures for hardware and software. AuditMatic users benefit from the functionality of an enterprise-level application without having to hire on-staff information technology specialists.

With AuditMatic’s ASP model, both the application and your data are hosted on servers that are managed and maintained at Form Automation Solution’s data centers. This eliminates the expense of customers having to purchase your own servers and software.

Premise Install Options

For installation on your premises, AuditMatic comes in two editions, Professional and Enterprise.

AuditMatic Professional

AuditMatic Professional is available for customer premise installation.

AuditMatic Professional is licensed on a per-user basis and ships with the license-free Microsoft MSDE database. AuditMatic Professional Edition will run on Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003.

AuditMatic Professional Edition includes 90 days of technical support and free version upgrades. A Software Support agreement is available to extend technical support and software version upgrades annually.

AuditMatic Enterprise

AuditMatic Enterprise is available for customer premise installation, has no defined-user limits and is licensed based on the number of CPUs on the database server. Users must utilize Microsoft SQL Server as the AuditMatic Enterprise Edition database engine. AuditMatic Enterprise Edition will run on Windows Server 2003.

AuditMatic Enterprise Edition includes 90 days of technical support and free version upgrades. A Software Support agreement is available to extend technical support and software version upgrades annually.

Automatic system upgrades
FAS continually upgrades the functionality and capabilities of the AuditMatic application. FAS performs the system upgrades at its data center with a method that prevents service interruptions. Users can access the increased functionality and capabilities immediately at no additional cost. This is in contrast to non-ASP system upgrades, where users have to pay for the software upgrade and the onsite implementation, which causes disruptions to the practice and system downtime.
