An average user can expect to access their dedicated AuditMatic website, create and publish their first Forms, and build powerful Reports to analyze their captured data all within one day.

Location Directives

Location Directives are a powerful user compliance feature. AuditMatic supports the use of handheld barcode or RFID scanners to confirm that users are at specific locations before allowing them to proceed with filling out a form. Place a barcode or RFID tag at the designated location and AuditMatic can be configured to request the user scan the barcode, or read the RFID tag, before proceeding with area questions. The time of the location directive is saved and can be utilized in reporting.

Task Management

AuditMatic enables authorized users to assign one-time as well as recurring tasks associated with one or more data collection forms. Task assignees are notified on their AuditMatic handheld client, their online AuditMatic dashboard and/or e-mail when tasks become active. Automated deadline reminders and overdue notices to field users take the hassle out of managing large data collection tasks. Comprehensive task compliance reporting allows task administrators to monitor the progress of task completion, as well as create useful reports and charts to display the collected data results.

Organized User Structure

AuditMatic allows users to be placed in a hierarchical group structure ensuring that users in different departments or facilities can only access Forms and Reports relevant to them. To further refine user access control, users within AuditMatic can be given different levels of standard access within the hierarchy to control who creates forms, reports or administers users. Using access control lists and user-defined roles, further refinement of data and application access can be created.

Active Directory Integration

Many organizations utilize Active Directory to administer and control access to applications within their enterprise. AuditMatic Enterprise Edition supports user integration to Active Directory, allowing administrators to be assured that users of the AuditMatic application have a corporate identity in good standing.

Is your data gathered by workers “on the move” within or outside your facility, or is data gathered at fixed desktop or production line computer terminals? With AuditMatic both use cases can be covered. Data entry forms created in AuditMatic can run on Windows Mobile handheld computers (PDAs or smart phones) or be accessed via the web browser of computer terminals in fixed locations. The AuditMatic publish-once-run-anywhere form concept allows both mobile and desk-based data gathering methods. Data Integrity

Form Editor Controls allow rules to be applied to AuditMatic forms to ensure that key questions are answered; numeric answers can be restricted to a specific range, etc. Further, a comprehensive change-tracking engine keeps records of who filled out Forms, edited completed Form data, and other sensitive information to ensure proper organizational accountability.

Data Export and Sharing

Data collected and stored in AuditMatic can be made available to other applications using industry-standard data sharing technologies. AuditMatic supports XML data export as well as Data Table queries utilizing direct database connections or web services. Notification Services (email/SMS)

Conditional triggers can be set within AuditMatic forms to issue alerts to designated internal and outside recipients via e-mail and text message when specified conditions occur.
