Easy to Use

AuditMatic was designed from the ground up to be maintained by non-technical users. You do not have to have any programming experience to use AuditMatic to crate forms, reports or administer users. AuditMatic was designed to allow business unit personnel the ability to create or edit forms and reports , and add or manage users without having to call their IT department and schedule the work weeks in advance. An AuditMatic data-gathering system can be commissioned and running in days, not months.

Programming-free configuration

AuditMatic is a data collection and reporting (DCR) solution powerful enough to scale from a single user up to an enterprise-wide paper-form replacement system, yet is designed for non-technical users to configure and implement. An average user can expect to access their dedicated AuditMatic website, create and publish their first Forms, and build powerful Reports to analyze their captured data all within one day.

Location Directives

Location Directives are a powerful user compliance feature. AuditMatic supports the use of handheld barcode or RFID scanners to confirm that users are at specific locations before allowing them to proceed with filling out a form. Place a barcode or RFID tag at the designated location and AuditMatic can be configured to request the user scan the barcode, or read the RFID tag, before proceeding with area questions. The time of the location directive is saved and can be utilized in reporting.

Task Management

AuditMatic enables authorized users to assign one-time as well as recurring tasks associated with one or more data collection forms. Task assignees are notified on their AuditMatic handheld client, their online AuditMatic dashboard and/or e-mail when tasks become active. Automated deadline reminders and overdue notices to field users take the hassle out of managing large data collection tasks. Comprehensive task compliance reporting allows task administrators to monitor the progress of task completion, as well as create useful reports and charts to display the collected data results.

Organized User Structure

AuditMatic allows users to be placed in a hierarchical group structure ensuring that users in different departments or facilities can only access Forms and Reports relevant to them. To further refine user access control, users within AuditMatic can be given different levels of standard access within the hierarchy to control who creates forms, reports or administers users. Using access control lists and user-defined roles, further refinement of data and application access can be created.

Active Directory Integration

Many organizations utilize Active Directory to administer and control access to applications within their enterprise. AuditMatic Enterprise Edition supports user integration to Active Directory, allowing administrators to be assured that users of the AuditMatic application have a corporate identity in good standing.

Multiple data capture options

Is your data gathered by workers “on the move” within or outside your facility, or is data gathered at fixed desktop or production line computer terminals? With AuditMatic both use cases can be covered. Data entry forms created in AuditMatic can run on Windows Mobile handheld computers (PDAs or smart phones) or be accessed via the web browser of computer terminals in fixed locations. The AuditMatic publish-once-run-anywhere form concept allows both mobile and desk-based data gathering methods. Smart Form Features

Besides handling simple Yes/No, list, and numeric-answer types, AuditMatic also provides advanced form elements, such as Lookup tables, answer logic, grading and question looping. AuditMatic gives you the flexibility to guide the Form user through the most simple data collection, or a branching, multi-layered logic heavy form.

Data Integrity

AuditMatic can limit erroneous data from being included in your database, interfering with your data analysis. Form Editor Controls allow rules to be applied to AuditMatic forms to ensure that key questions are answered; numeric answers can be restricted to a specific range, etc. Further, a comprehensive change-tracking engine keeps records of who filled out Forms, edited completed Form data, and other sensitive information to ensure proper organizational accountability.

Data Export and Sharing

Data collected and stored in AuditMatic can be made available to other applications using industry-standard data sharing technologies. AuditMatic supports XML data export as well as Data Table queries utilizing direct database connections or web services. Notification Services (email/SMS)

Conditional triggers can be set within AuditMatic forms to issue alerts to designated internal and outside recipients via e-mail and text message when specified conditions occur. Alerts quickly inform recipients of the who, what, when, where and why of the situation. AuditMatic also keeps a audit trail of alerts sent and acknowledgements received.

Scalable Web-based Architecture

AuditMatic was developed to scale from a single user up to an enterprise-wide system. Because AuditMatic is completely web-based, forms and reports can be edited, published and retrieved by authorized users from their Internet Explorer web browser. Complex form elements such as grading, and answer-based logic can all be created using the intuitive user interface. No programming knowledge is needed to manage your enterprise Form automation needs.

Reports and Charts

Simply gathering field data electronically is not a solution in itself. Collected data must be analyzed and acted on to realize the productivity, quality and safety improvements that you want. AuditMatic allows your desktop web browser to become a portal to view meaningful reports and charts compiled from collected data, within moments of it being gathered in the field. Collected data can be sorted by almost any variable, including user, date, time, form element responses etc. The AuditMatic dashboard displays up-to-date charts and reports to you the moment you login to the system. Being able to manipulate collected data into customized reports saves money and time by replacing manual sorting of hand-written report data.

Subscription or Premise Installation

AuditMatic can be accessed as a subscription service, hosted on our servers and accessed over the Internet, or can be purchased and installed at the customer site. Using AuditMatic as a subscription service eliminates the need for server maintenance, upgrades and support, since we handle those services as part of the subscription agreement. For our subscription customers, we have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the data under FAS's control, as well as nightly data backup to ensure that your data is secure and safe from loss.
