FAS is pleased to announce the release of AuditMatic v5.3. AuditMatic v5.3 lets you modernize your operator rounds, control room logbooks, and other plant floor-paper based data collection processes quickly and easily.
Improved and expanded functionality to provide greater productivity and accountability improvements, including:
- Sophisticated Task Management: Schedule one time and recurring data collection tasks. Send Text and e-mail alerts on non-compliance.
- Operator Decision Support: Provide operators with reference photos and condition-based real-time work instructions to ensure best practices are followed.
- Historian Export: Transmit operator rounds reading into your Plant Historian or other back office databases with no manual re-keying.
- Location Verification: AuditMatic can document that field workers went where they should have when they should have.
- Photo and GPS Capture: Operators can easily integrate images or location information into the data collection process.
Greater Licensing Flexibility
- New Plant Edition Availability: AuditMatic v5.3 can be ordered in a low-cost Plant Edition license. This low-cost entry point allows easy and inexpensive installation for Sites where no more than 10 concurrent users will be needed. AuditMatic Plant Edition can be installed on a Windows XP or Windows Server machine and comes with the free SQL Express database. AuditMatic Plant Edition includes all AuditMatic functionality, and can be upgraded to an Enterprise license if desired.
