AuditMatic 5.6 includes a major new feature:

External Database Integration
The new External Database Integration feature permits AuditMatic to regularly synchronize lists in AuditMatic forms with external master files in either external databases (via ODBC) or external Excel files. Whether the external data is an Asset list, a Product List, a Recipe, a People List, or any other, now referencing that data is possible within AuditMatic. The new feature allows a unique table row to be referenced either using a barcode scan or a composite key filter. Once a particular record is selected, AuditMatic can populate selected values from that record in the source database or spreadsheet into an AuditMatic form as pre-answered questions. AuditMatic automatically syncs with changes in the Master database on a regular basis (daily for example), which ensures that the latest data is always available within the AuditMatic list.
